Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, call center, sales, or enrollment preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable following a structured script while keeping a natural conversation.
• Ability to handle questions, hesitation, and objections confidently.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
