Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) Outbound Enrollment Agents for an enrollment program. This remote role focuses on light sales, following scripted conversations to help eligible health-plan members enroll in programs.

The position offers 17 USD per hour with a 1 USD differential for nights/weekends, paid training, and full-time schedule. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and capable of remote work from designated states.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable following a structured script while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Ability to confidently handle questions, hesitation, and objections.
• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to meeting performance expectations.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, & Write fluently in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Address common questions and objections while keeping the conversation focused on enrollment.
• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other required systems while speaking with members.
• Reference general health or prescription-related information already provided in the system without independently collecting sensitive health information.
• Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and enrollment goals.
• Protect member information and follow all required privacy and compliance procedures.

Five Star Solutions is seeking Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agents for English and Spanish to support a fast‑paced healthcare enrollment program serving eligible health‑plan members. This is a light sales, scripted outbound position focused on helping members understand and enroll in available health programs.

$17 - $17 an hour

Pay $17/hr with $1 differential for nights and weekends + incentives

Hours: Monday–Friday between 9:30 AM–8:00 PM Central Time with 1 Saturday per month

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon‑Fri (MST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
