MDS Communications is seeking full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Agents.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner to strengthen the connection between nonprofits and donors.
2. Share important updates from our clients across the United States about their work.
3. Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
4. Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, with preference for telephone fundraising.
2. Dedicated wired internet connection.
3. A quiet workspace free from household interruptions.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity.
5. Enthusiasm and commitment to the charitable and non-profit causes we support.
