MDS Communications is looking to hire full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Agents.

Responsibilities of Remote Outbound Call Center Agents

1. Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner that strengthens the connection between nonprofit and donor.
2. Share important updates from our clients with donors across the United States about the work they are doing.
3. Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
4. Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Requirements of Remote Outbound Call Center Agents

1. At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience – preference given to telephone fundraising experience.
2. Dedicated wired internet connection.
3. A quiet workspace at home free from household interruptions.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity.
5. A commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.

2. $15-$16 per hour for 40-hour shifts (depending on schedule).
