MDS Communications is seeking full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Agents.

Responsibilities

• Engage with donors and prospective donors positively and enthusiastically to strengthen their connection with nonprofits.
• Share important updates from our clients across the United States.
• Secure financial contributions from donors and prospects on behalf of our clients.
• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, with preference for telephone fundraising.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet, interruption-free workspace at home.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant technology.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to charitable and nonprofit causes.
