Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation is seeking a DATA SYSTEMS ENGINEER to design and implement data integrations across enterprise systems, while developing metadata pipelines and governance capabilities. The role collaborates with governance stakeholders and a Power Platform team to deliver scalable data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in data integration, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and familiarity with Azure and API-based data exchanges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in systems engineering, data integration, data management, or related areas.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions independently.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Exposure to APIs and structured data formats (JSON/XML).
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain data integrations across enterprise systems, platforms, and repositories.
• Develop and maintain metadata pipelines, automated workflows, and API-based data exchanges.
• Integrate source system metadata with enterprise data catalogs and governance platforms.
• Design and maintain data models with schemas, relationships, and lineage for governance.
• Map ERDs and data flows across tools, identifying transformations and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve data quality and interoperability issues.
• Document system integrations, data flows, and processes.
• Collaborate with Power Platform Developer to integrate data models and governance.
