Job summary

Stalcup & Associates LLC is seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager to oversee fiber-optic engineering and design projects across Texas. You will guide projects from scope review through closeout, coordinating field engineers, designers, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of aerial, buried, and underground OSP design, permitting, and ROW coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple OSP engineering and design projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of fiber-optic engineering principles and OSP construction.
• Ability to read DOT plans, utility records, route maps, drawings, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple OSP engineering projects from assignment through closeout.
• Review scopes, contracts, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans with milestones, staffing, risks, and approvals.
• Maintain project schedules, priorities, production goals, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate work for field engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Track performance and take corrective action to protect scope, budget, and quality.
• Oversee project closeout, deliverables, and invoicing information.
