Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing OS 2200 applications in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-call response and support for the Unisys 2200 application environment.
- Maintain flexible rotation for coverage and team well-being.
- Follow customer-defined policies for incident escalation, change control, testing, and production promotion.
- Monitor mainframe databases to ensure data integrity.
- Triage incidents, differentiating system software vs. application defects.
- Coordinate with change control for timely remedy installation.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base expansion.
- Advise management on technical trends and potential impacts on the environment.
