Job summary

Umpartners in Roswell is seeking to fill a full-time role focused on musculoskeletal care through education and customer service related to orthopaedic DME products. This position involves working closely with doctors to support patient care and ensure the accuracy of billing and inventory management.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in medical terminology and customer service, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1-2 years experience in a clinical position preferred.
• Experience with DME products application to patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fitting and education of orthopaedic DME products.
• Assist patients with insurance plans and out-of-pocket costs.
• Document and reconcile inventory and monthly billings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or Exercise Sciences

NATABOC Athletic Trainer certification
