Job summary

SALT Dental Partners is seeking a Billing Coordinator to accurately post insurance payments, adjustments, and denials across multiple PMS platforms. The role focuses on Orthodontic posting with potential expansion into Pediatric services as needs arise.

You will ensure timely reconciliation of remittances, manage AR activities, and support claims filing while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and dental regulations. A competitive salary and benefits are offered, with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental insurance posting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and data tools.
• Strong knowledge of EOBs/ERAs, COB and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments, adjustments, and denials accurately across PMS.
• Ensure timely filing of claims and reconcile remittances.
• Maintain patient accounts with accurate notation and queueing of statements.
• Review denials and work accounts toward payment; process refunds when needed.
• Prepare AR reports and support COB information for insurers.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental regulations.
• Collaborate with team; support orthodontic posting as needed.
• Utilize Cloud9, Denticon, OrthoFi for posting workflows.
