Job summary
Sand Cherry Associates seeks an experienced Organizational Development or Management Consultant to support a Fortune 100 client through organizational design and research. You will design and conduct research, run focus groups and interviews, analyze insights, and translate them into a practical roadmap and implementation plan.
This long‑term, remote engagement features two phases with on‑site visits to US locations, executive readouts, ROI analyses, and a strong emphasis on delivering
Qualifications
- 7+ years consulting experience with large Fortune 100-500 organizations.
- Experience leading organizational design or development and strategy transformations.
- Experience designing research studies and translating into recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive research studies to inform organizational design and optimization strategies.
- Utilize research methodologies, including focus groups, stakeholder interviews, employee surveys, benchmarking, and other qualitative/quantitative approaches.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable organizational design recommendations.
- Develop strategic roadmaps linking findings to implementation.
- Create executive-ready presentations, reports and deliverables.
- Conduct readouts and presentations with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Partner with client stakeholders to align research with broader business objectives.
- Manage transition from strategy and design into implementation in subsequent phase.
- Develop ROI and business impact analyses to evaluate potential changes and metrics.
