Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates seeks an experienced Sr. Consultant - Organizational Design to support a Fortune 100 client through a strategic design and research initiative.

The role leads internal and external research, translates insights into actionable recommendations, and develops implementation roadmaps with on-site client visits and subsequent remote deliverables. 4–6 months, potential extensions, US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large Fortune 100 organizations in organizational research or transformation.
• Proven ability to take engagements from research to implementation planning.
• Strong written, verbal and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute internal and external research studies for organizational design.
• Develop methodologies: focus groups, interviews, surveys, benchmarking.
• Lead conversations with stakeholders across levels and markets.
• Analyze findings to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Develop ROI and business impact analyses for proposed changes.
• Translate findings into actionable organizational design recommendations.
• Create strategic roadmaps linking research to implementation.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports.
• Present findings to senior and executive leadership.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to align findings with business strategy.
• Support transition from strategy to potential implementation activities.
