Wpromote is seeking an Organic Social Manager to drive strategic, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and more. You will manage day-to-day operations for multiple clients, balancing storytelling with data-driven optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This remote-friendly role requires at least 3 years of agency experience managing organic social for B2C and B2B brands, with hands-on content creation using Canva and CapCut.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing organic social for brands across multiple platforms.
• Proven success for both B2C and B2B industries.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing organic social content.
• Proficiency with Canva for graphics and CapCut for video editing.
• Knowledge of platform-native creative best practices.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clients to build bespoke organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and Reddit.
• Own the organic social presence for 4–6 clients, shaping voice, growth, engagement and performance.
• Create content calendars reflecting brand stories and audience needs.
• Conceptualize, create and edit social-first content, including short-form videos.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing, Paid Social, Performance Creative and Influencer teams.
• Monitor trends, platform updates and competitor activity to stay current.
• Analyze performance and report results to stakeholders.
