Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience creating and repurposing social content across multiple platforms.
• Ability to produce content personally, not rely entirely on external partners.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn blogs, podcasts, and videos into platform-native social assets.
• Create content across formats such as short-form video, carousels, static creative, and social copy.
• Adapt creative and messaging for the audience and platform.
• Own the social content process from concept through publishing, measurement, and iteration.
• Run disciplined experiments across messaging, formats, audiences, creative, and distribution.
• Use performance data to understand what is resonating, with whom, and why.
