Responsibilities

• Own Organic Social Media Strategy and monthly calendar for all platforms.
• Create, edit, and repurpose video content and captions for platform-specific formats.
• Develop formats featuring testimonials, case studies, and product benefits.
• Coordinate with Paid Ads to align organic content with amplification plans.
• Engage online communities, respond to comments, and drive customer inquiries.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Monitor metrics and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
