Job summary

Pourri is seeking a Social Media Strategist to own organic social for our brand and founder channels. You will craft a connected strategy to build awareness, grow audiences, and drive engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

You'll study why content resonates, develop scalable pillars, and work closely with content, creative, and marketing teams to move ideas from concept to execution. Hybrid in-office collaboration in Dallas expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in social media strategy, organic social, content strategy, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience developing social strategies that grew followers, engagement, reach, or brand awareness.
• Experience with a consumer-facing brand and cross-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the organic social strategy across both Pourri and founder channels.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness through scalable content pillars.
• Define platform roles and content placement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for creative and content teams.
• Partner with production, creative, marketing, paid media, agencies, and creators to drive results.
