LifeLink Foundation is seeking a Remote Referral Coordinator with experience in OPO and transplant settings to evaluate hospital referrals for potential organ donation. You will apply policies, document timely responses, and coordinate with hospital staff and on-call teams to ensure smooth patient and donor processes.

This remote role supports LifeLink’s mission across Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, with emphasis on confidentiality and professional communication.

Competenze

• Confidentiality and discretion required in handling donor information.
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology is necessary.
• Proactive initiative and accuracy in documentation.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and respond to hospital referrals to determine donor potential.
• Apply LifeLink policies and document timeliness of referrals.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and FCC/IHC/RC teams 24/7.
• Maintain active referral logs and ensure proper handoffs.
