Job summary

ABB, a global leader in electrification, seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own end-to-end delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business. You will coordinate demand, production, inventory, and shipping, partnering with SAP and business sponsors to drive outcomes in North America.

This is a remote role across the US or Canada with travel to plants and offices; you will report to the VP of IT and collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Distribution, Sales, Finance

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• Experience leading end-to-end order-to-delivery across plants and distribution centers.
• SAP hands-on in order fulfillment; SAP design or configuration not required.
• Experience building data tools, analyses, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration and adaptability in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
• Co-own outcomes with SAP solution lead and set priorities to fix root causes.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments and scale winning changes to move the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what isn’t working.
