Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead who will own on-time, in-full delivery end to end for a high-volume manufacturing business—from demand and replenishment through production, inventory, warehouse and shipment. You will co-own the outcome with an SAP solution lead and have the authority to change the processes, rules and systems behind your number.

This is a remote role across the US and Canada, with regular travel to plants, distribution centers and the Cary, NC office, and you

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution including planning, inventory, fulfillment or order management.
• Experience tracing delivery misses and fixing root causes.
• SAP hands-on in order fulfillment.
• Experience building data tools, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.
• Strong communication across plant managers, sales, and SAP teams.
• Ability to follow end-to-end order from demand to shipment.
• Authorized to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery from demand to shipment.
• Find root causes of missed orders using data.
• Set priorities on fixes and changes to stock allocation.
• Manage change across plants, DCs and system teams.
• Run short experiments (1–2 months) and keep what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders.
