Job summary

Certco is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our Warehouse team in a fully remote role. You will process and coordinate customer orders, communicate with customers, transportation, procurement, and warehouse teams, and complete daily invoicing.

You will work independently with strong attention to detail, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate processing and invoicing documents. Training is required in Madison, WI with occasional onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate customer orders for Woodman’s and conventional customers.
• Allocate orders for buyers and release orders for warehouse picking.
• Communicate with customers regarding order needs and updates.
• Complete invoicing throughout the day.
• Monitor cross-dock and debit orders for accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve order processing and invoicing issues.
• Process special orders and events and ensure correct quantities.
• Schedule receiving appointments with trucking companies and brokers.
• Follow up with procurement for PO questions and updates.
