Mizuho OSI is seeking an Order Management Specialist to provide high-level order management and customer support for domestic and international customers. You will enter orders via phone and SAP, run reports, and collaborate with Operations to ensure timely processing and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-6 years of related experience.
• Experience with SAP or top-tier ERP system.
• HS diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clear verbal English communication.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.
• Knowledge of medical device or capital equipment orders is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders through SAP, including soft goods and capital equipment, pricing and delivery alignment.
• Run open order reports daily to review holds, backorders and delivery blocks.
• Collaborate with Operations and Shipping to determine next steps for unshipped orders.
• Process consignment/demo inventory movement requests.
• Serve as main contact for key customer communications to ensure superior service.
• Research order status and relay information to customers as needed.
• Participate in process improvements with clear documentation.
• Resolve product issues by identifying causes and providing efficient solutions.
• Escalate customer issues to management when needed and ensure resolution.
• Support audits and audit resolution actions.
• Contribute to projects as assigned by management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Sales Operations environment.
• Analyze problems and implement quick, high-quality resolutions.
• Suggest ideas to improve department and company processes.
• Adhere to internal Quality System policies including 21 CFR 820.
