Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders through SAP, including soft goods and capital equipment.
• Run open order reports daily to review holds, backorders, and blocks.
• Collaborate with Operations and Shipping to determine next steps for unshipped orders.
• Process consignment/demo inventory movement requests.
• Serve as main contact for key customer communication and deliver superior service.
