Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join the Education Operations team. This remote role supports the order fulfillment queue with scheduling, shipping, and invoicing, and adapts to seasonal volume while maintaining accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in project or sales support, are comfortable using Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office, and work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in project support or sales support.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient with CRM (Salesforce) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process standard orders and routine requests from the fulfillment queue.
• Schedule shipping and invoicing and monitor invoices in portals.
• Escalate complex items to a fulfillment coordinator when needed.
• Communicate with requesters and clients until cases are resolved.
• Maintain accurate delivery details for standard requests.
