Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server design and administration.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior staff.
• Familiarity with HA and DR solutions for Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience with SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 installation and administration.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer Oracle and SQL Server databases per policy.
• Manage backup, recovery, and configuration based on data models.
• Define data repository requirements and maintain data dictionaries.
• Install, configure, and maintain production and DR environments.
• Optimize performance and monitor capacity across services.
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior team members.
• Automate administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
