Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Security Engineer to design and operate security controls across OCI and hybrid environments. You will define architecture, harden workloads, manage identity, and lead vulnerability and compliance programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in cloud security with strong OCI expertise, scripting in Python/Bash, and Terraform, plus SIEM integration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in cloud security with strong OCI hands-on experience.
• Deep OCI Identity, IAM policies, and federation knowledge.
• Hands-on with OCI Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Vault and Data Safe.
• Knowledge of CIS benchmarks and cloud-native security frameworks.
• Experience with vulnerability management and patching tooling.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001.
• Scripting in Python and Bash; Terraform experience.
• Experience integrating cloud workloads with SIEM.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate security controls across OCI, OCI apps and hybrid Oracle environments.
• Define security architecture and harden cloud workloads.
• Manage identity and access; lead vulnerability and compliance programs.
• Respond to security incidents and mentor junior engineers.
