Job summary
Apexon seeks an experienced Oracle Health CLC/LTC Configuration Specialist to lead configuration and workflow design for community living centers and long-term care. The role requires coordinating cross-functional design decisions, managing backlogs, and ensuring integration with registration, nursing, and reporting.
Remote work in the United States is available; public trust clearance may be required. You will validate CMS RAI MDS and QAPI requirements and contribute to documentation,
Qualifications
- Experience configuring Oracle Health for CLC/LTC workflows.
- Ability to lead cross-functional design decisions and backlog management.
- Familiar with CMS RAI MDS requirements and QA validation.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead CLC/LTC configuration activities and coordinate design decisions.
- Manage and prioritize the configuration build backlog and dependencies.
- Ensure workflows integrate with registration, nursing, and reporting.
- Validate configurations against CMS RAI MDS and QAPI requirements.
- Document decisions, gaps, and validation outcomes.
- Coordinate net-new requirements through DHA HIDI/ISC processes.
- Maintain clear change-control and cross-functional discussions.
