ioet, a leading software company, seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist to configure, troubleshoot, and support post-implementation issues across ORC, Time & Absence, and Benefits Cloud. You will work with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for clients worldwide.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, testing, and reporting using BI Publisher and OTBI, with a focus on post-go-live stability and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience with Time & Labor / Absence Management or Benefits Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with HCM configuration, workflows, and related logic.
• Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.
• Triage and resolve configuration issues in ORC, Time & Absence, or Benefits Cloud.
• Work from a post-implementation ticket backlog, diagnosing root causes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Create and execute test cases and regression testing for validation.
• Support data imports and Oracle HCM data-loading processes.
• Evaluate functionality from Oracle quarterly releases and assess impact.
