Kyndryl Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM Configuration and Business Analysis professional for a fully remote role, based in Poland.

You will configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, manage employee lifecycles, and define enrolment rules and workflows in partnership with HR and IT. You will translate business needs into system designs, design reports with OTBI and BI Publisher, and support data management using HDL while ensuring data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and/or Learning.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules and manage lifecycle processes.
• Gather requirements and translate into system configuration and solution design.
• Design and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Prepare and manage data using HDL and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
• Assist SIT/UAT cycles, cutover preparation, and delivery activities.
