Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning.
• Upload SCORM packages and manage content taxonomy.
• Design and develop reports using OTBI/BI Publisher.
• Perform data activities using HDL.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate to design.
• Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Implement error handling, monitoring, and security for integrations.
• Prepare documentation and handover materials.

The Role

Oracle HCM Configuration (Core Scope)

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning
• Set up:
  • Catalogues, offerings, content types
  • Audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic
  • Workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles

Content & Learning Management

• Upload and validate SCORM packages
• Manage catalogue structure and content taxonomy
• Ensure correct assignment and visibility of training

Reporting & Documentation

• Design and develop reports using:

OIC / Integration Skills (Mandatory)

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Strong knowledge of:
