Job summary

Azusa Solutions LLC is seeking an Oracle Fusion Learning Consultant to join our team of talented consultants. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Learning within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite, providing guidance, data conversion, integrations, and reporting support for deployment and adoption of Oracle Cloud Learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Learning.
• Experience with the Oracle Fusion Learning implementation lifecycle (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Support).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and its integration with Learning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Learning module, guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Configure Oracle Learning Fusion features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration.
• Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources.
• Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client’s current solution.
