Frazer Jones seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Implementation Consultant to support a major HR transformation program. You will partner with HR, Technology, and implementation teams to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that improve HR operations and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM in a functional consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, Oracle security, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Oracle HCM certifications and large-scale transformation experience are preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
