Azusa Solutions is seeking skilled Functional Oracle Cloud Core HR Consultants at various experience levels to join our team in a hybrid role across the United States. You will provide hands-on configuration and functional support to ensure successful Core HR implementations and optimization.

This position requires U.S. citizenship, ability to work remotely with occasional on-site visits, and Oracle Cloud HCM certification.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Core HR experience configuring, implementing, or supporting Oracle Cloud Core HR.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication across teams.
• Active Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through sessions and design workshops.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Core HR per defined business processes.

• Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess impact on Core HR.
• Assist the project team in planning and executing production transition.

Azusa Solutions is seeking skilled Functional Oracle Cloud Core HR Consultants at various experience levels to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.

In this role, you will provide hands-on configuration and functional support to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Core HR processes. Whether you are a junior to mid-level consultant looking to deepen your configuration expertise or a senior functional resource who thrives on translating business requirements into working systems, this role offers the opportunity to be a key hands-on contributor.

Eligibility

Work must be performed in the contiguous US and involves remote work with possible scheduled on-site visits.

Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required.

Active Public Trust designation or eligible for a Public Trust.

Core Responsibilities

• Support Core HR functional requirements-gathering sessions and design workshops.
• Perform hands-on configuration specifically within the Oracle Cloud Core HR module based on defined business processes.
• Partner closely with functional, technical, and security teams, as well as client stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end application solutions.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, evaluating new features and assessing their impact on the client’s Core HR environment.
• Assist the project team in planning and executing a smooth transition to production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Core HR Experience: Practical experience configuring, implementing, or supporting the Oracle Cloud Core HR (Global Human Resources) module.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively identify, triage, and resolve module defects.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams.
• Certification: Active Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Implementation Lifecycle: A solid understanding of multiple Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle phases (such as Design, Configuration, Testing, or Post-Production Support).
• System Integration Awareness: An understanding of how Core HR connects and integrates with other downstream systems or technical components.
