Symhas is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to lead Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials implementations across FAH, SLA, FA, and Project Accounting. This fully remote role supports onshore and offshore teams and requires strong stakeholder engagement with Finance. U.S.

work authorization is required. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on experience, ADRs and Mapping Sets proficiency, and a solid PL/SQL skillset to validate data and reconcile accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS/Fusion Financials functional experience.
• Expert in FAH and SLA, including ADRs and Mapping Sets.
• Strong FA and Project Accounting / asset capitalization experience.
• Proficiency with PL/SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience leading onshore-offshore delivery with Finance stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead configuration and support of Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Inventory, Expenses, and Projects.
• Implement and support FAH and SLA: ADRs, Journal Line Rules, Mapping Sets.
• Configure Fixed Assets asset capitalization for capital and contract projects.
• Set up core setups: Chart of Accounts, legal entities, ledgers, currencies, approval hierarchies.
• Lead UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support; support month-end close.
