Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP based in the United States. The role designs, configures, and optimizes Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, leading cross-functional initiatives and guiding stakeholders and IT teams.

The candidate will oversee implementation activities, troubleshoot issues, mentor colleagues, and strengthen ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 5+ years ERP or functional business applications experience.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, implementation and support.
• Functional knowledge in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Translate business needs into application solutions and document decisions.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and stable releases.
• Ability to improve workflows and processes with technology.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring of ERP analysts.
• Project and change management experience.
• Healthcare experience in hospital/health system is a plus.
• Remote work eligibility in approved US states.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, config, testing, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud apps.
• Advise partners on configuration, reporting, integrations, and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with departments and IT to align ERP solutions with goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and processes.
• Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews and workflow reviews.
• Plan, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP solutions.
• Manage project execution within scope and standards.
• Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Train and mentor associate ERP analysts.
• Maintain broad technical expertise across apps.
