Job summary

Indotronix UK is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for a remote USA role. You will join an Agile team and contribute to healthcare applications by configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and delivering new HR features.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, strong functional and technical ownership, and a proven ability to align HR processes with business goals across Core HR.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Experience developing and implementing healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

Own configuration integrity and HR business processes across Core HR in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Act as functional and technical owner, ensuring platform health and alignment with HR workflows.
