Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking an Oracle EBS Systems Administrator DBA for a full-time remote role in the United States. The role focuses on the Oracle EBS environment, application tier, and integration with the database, requiring strong SQL/PL-SQL skills and experience with UNIX systems.

The candidate will manage users, security, Concurrent Managers, and patch cycles, collaborating with SSO teams and other DBAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS environments.
• Security+ certification or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Applications and Administration.
• Experience in UNIX/Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Oracle EBS environments (MilPDS/AFPROMS/any future cloud) and ensure uptime.
• Focus on Application Tier: concurrent managers, forms, web services.
• Develop and execute Oracle SQL/PLSQL scripts.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, and menu exclusions.
• Administer concurrent jobs, queues, and print servers.
• Coordinate with SSO Administrators and other DBAs on patching.
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly patching and critical tasks.
