Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Analyst to support the SNS for HHS/ASPR. The role is remote but located in the United States, with preference for candidates near Atlanta, GA.

You’ll translate operational requirements into effective EBS solutions and participate in 24x7 on-call support for mission-critical systems. Responsibilities include configuring EBS, supporting end-to-end ERP processes, and collaborating with business users, DBAs, and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience.
• Experience in ERP business processes across Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse, Financials, Asset Management, or SCM.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and create specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support, configuration, and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and document business-process flows.
• Develop functional test scenarios and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support on-call activities and rapid incident response as part of SNS mission.
