Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Analyst to support SNS for HHS. The role is remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates near Atlanta, GA.

You will translate operational needs into Oracle EBS configurations, support day-to-day operations, and participate in on-call incident response to ensure 24x7 readiness. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Oracle EBS functional analysis, strong ERP knowledge, and proven collaboration with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience performing Oracle E-Business Suite functional analysis, ERP business analysis, implementation, configuration, or production support.
• Experience in Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Financials, Enterprise Asset Management, or related modules.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 2 background investigation/security eligibility.
• On-call 24x7 availability with 15-minute response requirement.
• Occasional on-site activities at HHS facilities in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support, configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and enhancements.
• Analyze processes and recommend Oracle EBS configurations to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Develop and document functional requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Support design and implementation of enhancements, interfaces, reports, and process improvements.
• Develop test scenarios and support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate changes with users and coordinate acceptance criteria.
