Job summary

BayApps, Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Analyst for a remote role supporting global Finance modules. You will refine business processes, design solutions, configure EBS modules, test, and provide end-user support across GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and EBTax.

You will own functional aspects from implementation to enhancements and sustaining support. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, testing, designing integrations, and leading rollout and training efforts, while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle R12.2 Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, XLA, CM, FA, EBTax, iExpense, AGIS, Advance Collections
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Command Centers, Lockbox Payments and epayments (Credit Card, ACH)
• Strong understanding of financial tables and SQL technology
• Subledger accounting knowledge; able to analyze period-close issues
• Experience with Inventory, Purchasing, OM, Service Contracts, Installed Base is a plus
• Experience with tools: DOMO, Vertex, OneSource, Pagero, Revpro, GetPaid, CyberSource, Runpayments is a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Gather end-user requirements from business stakeholders and translate into IT priorities
• Develop test scenarios and lead functional user testing
• Design and implement third-party integrations and rollout strategies
• Document functional requirements and testing plans
• Troubleshoot production issues with end users and technical teams
• Maintain Oracle platform health and perform configuration/security updates
• Create training materials and end-user documentation
• Lead unit to production validation testing
