Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a Database Administrator Master to support a federal program. This primarily remote role includes occasional onsite work at the DOL in Washington, DC. You will own the Oracle E-Business Suite database tier across all environments and ensure availability, performance, patching, and security.

You will manage backups, security, and monitoring, while coordinating with stakeholders on outages, capacity, and compliance. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite Application Experience.
• Administer the full landscape across Development, QA/Test, UAT, Training, COOP/DR, Production.
• Perform backups, restores, and instance overlays across environments.
• Install and configure databases; manage security controls; harden the database tier.

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability, performance, integrity, patch currency, and security posture of the database tier.
• Monitor and tune performance; manage tablespaces; ensure data integrity.
• Lead backups and DR plans; coordinate with users for scheduling and testing.
• Support COOP and Disaster Recovery activities and incident response.
