Significance, Inc. seeks a Senior Management Business Analyst to support a federal program, primarily remote with occasional onsite at the DOL in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP analyst for enterprise financial systems, federal preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials in GL, AP, AR, FA, Sub Ledger, Budget, PCard, Oracle Projects.
• Experience across the full SDLC for federal ERP systems—from requirements through design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Strong ability to elicit, analyze, document requirements; author design docs, use cases, and traceability.
• Lead test planning and execution: scenarios, scripts, traceability matrices, UAT, and defect closure.
• Production support with root-cause analysis and cross-team coordination including security and DBA.
• Produce senior-level analytical deliverables for Government reviews.
• QA oversight of functional work products and change control processes.
• Knowledge of USSGL, Treasury Manual, FASAB, OMB GAO guidance, and budget execution.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, testing, and handling the hardest production problems in Federal Financials.
• Serve as the senior functional link between DOL accountants and technical teams.
• Maintain NCMS functional correctness and audit-readiness for year-end close.
• Ensure configurations and enhancements stand up to Treasury, OMB, GAO, and financial statement audits.
• Provide direction or mentoring to less senior analysts as needed.
