Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle Federal Financials modules within our DHA-EOSS program. You will work with stakeholders, project managers, and functional teams to implement custom solutions aligned with DoD standards.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS development, strong PL/SQL/SQL skills, and experience with APEX, OAF, Analytics Publisher, and workflow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS development experience.
• Deep expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle APEX, OAF, Analytics Publisher, and Workflow.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle EBS modules in Federal Financials.
• Develop interfaces between Oracle EBS and DoD boundary systems.
• Create GUI forms using Oracle APEX and Oracle Forms conversion.
• Design and deliver reports using Oracle Analytics Publisher.
• Ensure compliance with STIGs and IA policies; perform SIT/UAT support.
