Significance is seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to support a long-term federal program with the Department of Energy (DOE). This role is fully remote and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance, with US citizenship.

You will administer Oracle Portal/Databases, WebLogic, OID/OAM/SSO, and oversee security, DR, and performance across environments. In this role, you will work with OEM monitoring, support data warehousing, and coordinate with CBS and OCIO teams on

Competenze

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; without a degree, 6–8 years of relevant experience.
Two-thirds of experience as a DBA/middleware administrator supporting Oracle OID, OAM, and SSO in enterprise environments.
Hands-on with Oracle WebLogic Server and Fusion Middleware.

Mansioni

Perform database administration for Oracle Portal and core DOE databases.
Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Middleware products.
Design and implement Oracle SSO, OID, and OAM; administer WebLogic domains and data sources.
Use OEM to monitor, alert, and automate issue handling for databases and middleware.
Support data warehouse environments, ETL performance, and storage planning.
Administer on-prem and cloud databases in OCI and Azure; implement backup and DR strategies.
Maintain security policies including SSL/TLS certificate management.
Collaborate with CBS/OCIO on A&A readiness; maintain SOPs and documentation.
