Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruitment lead to own end-to-end recruitment processes in a fully remote US role. You will act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules and guide teams through requirements, design, and optimization.

You will analyze data, deliver training, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement technology-driven improvements that deliver measurable business value. Remote work across the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of recruitment process management experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Recruitment functionalities and modules.
• Experience with recruitment data analysis, reporting and data integrity management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes aligning with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and process improvements.
• Design, implement, configure, and optimize recruitment workflows using Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Conduct recruitment data analysis, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to recruitment teams.
• Monitor Oracle Cloud developments and recruitment trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation initiatives and business value.
