Job summary

Haskell Company in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a finance-focused Oracle billing specialist to manage the full project lifecycle, including setup, contracts, funding, and revenue recognition. The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, contract compliance, and reliable financial reporting using PPM tools to improve data integrity and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Construction Management or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (Financials with billing module), Procore, and PPM/Procurement.
• Knowledge of budgeting, revenue recognition, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP/PM platforms (e.g., JD Edwards, EcoSys).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare standard financial deliverables for review and approval.
• Demonstrate competency in financial management systems.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, revenue, costs, and forecasts across multiple systems.
• Maintain setup, reconciliation, and maintenance of budgets.
• Explain impacts of contract terms on financials, including payment terms and tax requirements.
• Oversee project and group accounting processes (AP & AR).
• Provide project/group administration, coordination, and compliance support.
• Oversee financial reporting requirements as needed.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and health status.
• Assist in financial forecasting as required.
• Train teams in finance-related processes and procedures.
• Document financial changes to drive consistency and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
