The Haskell Company, a nationally recognized Top Workplace, seeks a skilled finance professional to support the full project financial lifecycle, including setup, contract and funding management, and billing. You will serve as an Oracle billing specialist, ensure accurate invoicing, contract compliance, and reliable financial reporting while leveraging Procore and Oracle Cloud Fusion.

Experience with PPM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Admin/Accounting or Construction Management with 4+ years experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials and Procore preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP/PM platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare standard financial deliverables for review and approval using multiple systems.
• Demonstrates competency in the financial management systems.
• Monitor financial health by creating, reviewing, updating, and tracking cash flow, budgets, revenue, costs, and forecasts.
• Maintains the setup, reconciliation, and maintenance of budgets.
• Oversee contract terms, payment terms, tax, and lien law impacts on financials.
• Oversee project and group accounting processes (AP & AR).
• Provide project or group assistance in administration, coordination, and compliance of necessary requirements and programs.
• Oversees financial reporting requirements as necessary.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and status of health.
• Assist in financial forecasting and train teams on processes.
• Document financial changes to drive consistency and compliance.
