Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience architecting Oracle CX solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle CX Service or Oracle Fusion Service.
• Experience designing customer service portals and related integrations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration architecture.
• Ability to document technical designs and collaborate with functional, development, and integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for the DCS Customer Service Portal and Oracle CX Service.
• Translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud CX solutions.
• Provide architectural direction for the customer service portal and integrations.
• Oversee integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Document architecture, decisions, touchpoints, and requirements.
• Ensure alignment with security, data privacy, and architectural best practices.
• Guide development, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Communicate decisions, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team to support delivery.
