Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Operating Room Sales Representative for the Acute Care and Monitoring portfolio. This remote role covers Washington DC, Virginia, and parts of Maryland, requiring residence within the territory and travel to multiple accounts.

You will promote capital and consumable products, forecast sales, and build relationships with hospital leadership. Your responsibilities include driving strategy, supporting clinical evaluations, and coordinating with regional teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital and consumable product portfolio sales to the Operating Room and C-Suite level in hospitals.
• Lead territory opportunity development with monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
• Forecast accurately to Regional Business Manager and manage customer relationships.
• Coordinate with regional field sales to drive RMS revenue and meet targets.
• Develop, negotiate and manage profitable agreements.
• Provide product feature and clinical support and coordinate pre-sales activities.
