Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an experienced Operating Room Sales Representative to drive capital and consumable portfolio sales in the Acute Care and Monitoring segment. This remote role covers Washington DC, Virginia, and parts of Maryland, requiring travel to multiple accounts within the territory.

You will forecast, manage key relationships, and develop strategies to win opportunities with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and report territory performance to Regional Manager.
• Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute sales strategies in assigned territory.
• Develop and close sales opportunities with hospital accounts and C-Suite where applicable.
• Coordinate with regional field sales team to drive incremental revenue and achieve targets.
• Provide product feature/benefit consultation and clinical support; deliver education and training.
