Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Operating Room Sales Representative for ACM to promote capital and consumable products across the Washington DC, Virginia, and parts of Maryland region. The role emphasizes accurate forecasting, strong customer relationships, and strategic account development.

Remote position with required travel within the territory. The candidate should have 4+ years in medical devices or related sales, with a track record of achieving quota and delivering value to hospital

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of sales experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of sales/medical device experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of sales/clinical experience.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital and consumable portfolio sales in the Operating Room.
• Forecast and own territory monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
• Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Develop, negotiate, close, and manage profitable agreements.
• Coordinate with regional field sales to meet targets and support accounts.
